How much does moisture affect bearing life
The normal operation of bearings can not be separated from effective lubrication, but the harm of moisture to bearings may not be everyone's attention, in fact, moisture has a great impact on the life of bearings, only a small amount of water (close to 500 ppm), the life of rolling bearings will be greatly reduced. The dangers of moisture are manifested in two ways: direct damage to metal surfaces and damage to the lubricant/grease, the latter indirectly leading to bearing damage.

What is the required accuracy of motor bearings
Motor bearings, as an important part of the drive system, require stable accuracy in use. The precision grade of motor bearings is generally P5 or P4. Among them, the limit values of P5 grade accuracy are 3um for the deviation of bearing ID and OD respectively, and 2um for the deviation of bearing width; the limit values of P4 grade accuracy are 2um and 1.5um, 1.2um respectively.
