Q1: Will the set screws slip?
A1: Normally, they will not. Shaft diameter H7, good surface quality; alternately torque the two screws to the specified torque and recheck after the first run. High vibration: Apply shallow points on the shaft/use medium-strength threadlocker or switch to other locking methods.
Q2: How can I maintain service life in dusty/humid environments?
A2: Use multi-lip seals/end caps; apply grease frequently ("dirty" → frequent, high speed/high temperature → small amounts and multiple times); avoid direct high-pressure water spray if possible; choose a stainless/corrosion-resistant seat or coating if necessary.
