Q1: Does this type of screw lock easily loosen on machines subject to high vibration? I'm afraid of downtime.
A1: No. It uses two or three evenly spaced locking screws and offers a professional solution using threadlocker and a torque wrench. This provides multiple safeguards against loosening, effectively combating vibration and preventing unexpected downtime.
Q2: Will tightening the screws damage my optical shaft?
A2: The damage is minimal. The hardened inner ring absorbs the screw pressure before the optical shaft, securing it by "holding" rather than "pressing." As long as the correct operation is followed, it won't dent the shaft, effectively protecting your expensive optical shaft.
Q3: Is it easy to install and adjust the position?
